FPCA Auto Division Members: Proposed Committee Substitute Filed for No-Fault Bill (CS/HB 119)

A Proposed Committee Substitute (“PCS”) for CS/HB 119 relating to Motor Vehicle Insurance has been issued prior to the Florida House of Representatives Economic Affairs Committee meeting tomorrow, February 24, 2012 at 8:30 a.m.
As it currently exists, CS/HB 119 would create a new No-Fault motor vehicle insurance system to replace Florida’s current Personal Injury Protection system.
