Former Florida Insurance Commissioner Tom Gallagher will be featured in a Webinar on the legality of excessive surplus lines policy fees on January 24.
Former Florida Insurance Commissioner Tom Gallagher will discuss the legality of excessive fees on Florida surplus lines policies in a 30-minute Webinar on January 24, 2013 hosted by the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (“FSLSO”). The event begins at 2:30 p.m. (ET).
Joining Mr. Gallagher will be Florida Department of Financial Services Investigations Bureau Chief Barry Lanier. Mr. Gallagher is now an Insurance and Governmental Consultant with the law firm of Colodny Fass.
The Webinar begins an FSLSO quarterly series entitled “Members Forum,” designed to explore pertinent industry topics and marketplace compliance issues.
