Florida’s Citizens Property Insurance Releases 2014 Depopulation Calendars

Florida’s Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (“Citizens”) has released its Depopulation Calendars setting forth certain deadlines with respect to all personal residential and commercial assumptions through February 2015. Copies of the calendars are attached for your review.
Please note that the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) establishes deadlines for when a request to participate in a Citizens assumption must be submitted for OIR review. The OIR has currently provided its deadline calendar through the February 2014 Citizens assumption date.
