Florida Senate No-Fault Bill 7094 Analysis 2/16/2006

Yesterday the Senate Banking & Insurance Committee met to formally approve their proposed no-fault reform committee bill, PCB 7094. The PCB and staff analysis is here and here. The bill mirrors the recommendations of the Senate interim project report which was previously distributed. The bill will now be introduced and receive a Senate Bill number. We expect the Committee to take up the bill in the first weeks of the Session, which begins March 7th.
