Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Schedules Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form OIR-B1-1802 Rule Development Workshop for September 22

Statutory revisions to the Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form (“Form OIR-B1-1802”) will be the focus of an upcoming Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) Rule Development Workshop on proposed Rule 69O-170.0155, entitled “Forms.”
Form OIR-B1-1802 is used in documenting the results of property inspections for the purpose of determining hurricane mitigation premium discounts. Related issues also will be discussed.
If requested by a member of the public, the September 22, 2010 scheduled Workshop will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the OIR in Tallahassee.
