Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Issues Revised 2014 Citizens Property Insurance Personal Residential Assumption Deadlines

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) has revised the Personal Residential Assumption Deadlines for 2014 Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (“Citizens”) Assumptions.
The attached document contains the new deadlines to submit a request to the OIR seeking approval to participate in an assumption and the deadline for the OIR to issue an approval. The deadlines have been moved forward one week to allow Citizens time to calculate the estimated renewal premiums.
