Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Issues 2016 Workers’ Compensation Annual Report

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) released its 2016 Workers’ Compensation Annual Report to the Florida Legislature today, January 13, 2017.
The OIR is required by law to evaluate competition in Florida’s workers’ compensation market annually, and to investigate and use data in its review of associated rate filings.
