Florida legislators decide against returning for gambling special session

Lawmakers started discussing a special session days before an agreement between the state and the Seminole Tribe of Florida expired, which meant the tribe no longer would be obligated to pay the state about $300 million every year for gambling exclusivity rights.  Ana Ceballos reports for the Naples Daily News.
