Florida Insurance Guaranty Association Submits Proposed Plan of Operation

The Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (“FIGA”) has submitted its updated Plan of Operation to the Florida Department of Financial Services for approval.  Revisions to the Plan include sections detailing the roles and responsibilities of the FIGA Board, Board Chairman and Executive Director.
