Florida Insurance Consumer Advocate Steve Burgess has retired, the Palm Beach Post’s Charles Elmore reported this afternoon, June 10, 2015.
A successor must be named by Florida Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater, to whose Department of Financial Services the Insurance Consumer Advocate position reports.
