The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers’ Compensation (“DWC”) published its 2009 Annual Report on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 as required by law. The Report, which may be viewed by clicking here, contains information regularly collected by the DWC, as well as collection methodology and use.
