A Florida Division of Insurance Agents and Agency Services Hearing on proposed Rule 69B-221.051 scheduled for today, January 31, 2011, was not requested and therefore not held.
Amendments to Rule 69B-221.051, entitled “Actively Engaged in Business; Place Suitably Designated; Accessible to Public,” would advise bail bond agents and other interested persons that referenced forms are available via the Florida Department of Financial Services Web site.
