The State of Florida Auditor General published a report on the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) today, November 22, 2016.

This operational audit focused on the OIR’s rate filing review process for health insurers, and the agency’s rate and form filing review processes for property and casualty insurers.
The audit also included a follow-up on findings noted in an Auditor General’s 2013 report No. 2014-009 on the OIR.
