Florida Appeals Court Upholds Workers’ Compensation Rate Increase

Rejecting arguments that Florida’s Sunshine Law was violated, Florida’s First District Court of Appeal has upheld a 14.5 percent increase in workers’ compensation insurance rates that were effected in December 2016.
