Credit Life and Credit Disability Rule Hearing Report: December 11

The Florida Financial Services Commission scheduled a Rule hearing to be held on December 11, 2008 regarding proposed changes to the following Rules:
- 69O-157.302: Facility-Only Rates
- 69O-157.303: Home Health Care-Only Rates
- 69O-157.304: Comprehensive-Only Rates
The proposed changes are designed to amend the Credit Life and Credit Disability Insurance Chapter that addresses statutory changes contained in House Bill 343, which the Governor signed into law on May 28, 2008.
The Rule hearing was not requested, and therefore not held.
