Comment Period on Proposed Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund 2017-2018 Reimbursement Contract Open Until October 21

Comments on the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund’s proposed 2017-2018 Reimbursement Contract will be accepted until October 21, 2016.
The corresponding Rule, 19-8.010, is in process of being amended by Florida’s State Board of Administration to implement Section 215.555, F.S. Changes to the Rule would adopt the 2017-2018 Reimbursement Contract, including Addenda. In addition, obsolete material is being removed.
