Written comments and recommendations for consideration by the Florida Department of Financial Services’ Money Service Business Workers’ Comp Fraud Work Group (“Work Group”) at its next meeting, September 22, 2011, are due on September 19.
The Work Group held its second meeting on September 8, during which it continued discussion of the relationship between perpetrators of workers’ compensation fraud and the money services businesses.
