Clegg Insurance acquires Florida Insurance Partners

Clegg Insurance Group has acquired Florida Insurance Partners, doubling Clegg’s business.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2010, Clegg is a full-service independent agency with offices in Clearwater and Safety Harbor. The firm specializes in property and casualty insurance.
Based in Safety Harbor, Florida Insurance Partners focuses primarily on homeowner insurance.
The acquisition increases the range of options for clients, Ryan Clegg, president, said in a statement.
