Citizens Public Rate Hearing Scheduled for October 20

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation will hold a public rate hearing on October 20, 2009 regarding various rate increases requested by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. If approved, the rate increases will become effective on January 1, 2010 for all new and renewal policies. To view the complete hearing agenda, click here.
Originally scheduled for August 25, 2009, the October 20 hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. in Room 401 of the Senate Office Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee.
