Colodny Fass Partner Amy L. Koltnow authored an article entitled “Practice Tips: Liability of Construction Design Professionals and the Economic Loss Rule” that was published in the Winter 2000 issue of The Brief.
The article detailed the Florida Supreme Court’s ruling in Moransais v. Heathman, which set forth that construction professionals such as architects and engineers would be held to the same basic malpractice standard as doctors and lawyers.
