Accord Reached on Property Insurance Package

Colodny Fass has learned that an agreement has been reached between the House and Senate on HB 1495, the 2009 property insurance legislative package. Certain details are being finalized, but State Representative Bryan Nelson, the House bill sponsor, has shared with us a side-by-side document containing details of the negotiation. This will be forwarded shortly.
The final draft of HB 1495 is expected to be completed tomorrow morning, May 1, and passed tomorrow afternoon.
