Taneka Campbell is a Senior Associate at Colodny Fass who practices in the area of insurance defense. A member of the Firm’s Litigation Team, she has focused on insurer representation throughout her career, particularly in regard to claims involving commercial and residential property damage.
At Colodny Fass, she handles complex insurance defense matters relating to property and casualty losses. She also counsels insurers on coverage and assists with claims investigations and analyses, and defending first-party coverage disputes.
A member of The Florida Bar for nearly 15 years, Ms. Campbell, who has also been admitted to the District of Columbia Bar, has used her strong litigation and negotiation skills to prevail in a variety of property insurance variables, including hurricane-related storm damage, water and structural damage to residential property, and fire losses. She represents clients in both pre-suit and full litigation matters, including depositions, examinations under oath, drafting pleadings and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
Ms. Campbell has also practiced in the areas of medical malpractice and family law.
She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and her undergraduate degree from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica.
