Ryan Rodriguez is an Associate at Colodny Fass, focusing on insurance litigation across both general liability and homeowners’ property claims, including premises liability, trucking and transportation, insurance bad faith, and other general liability and coverage litigation matters. He represents insurance carriers and insureds in these matters from inception through trial. Ryan focuses on advising insurers on exposure, evaluating claims, developing case-specific litigation strategies, and executing litigation plans.
Prior to joining Colodny Fass, Ryan’s experience spanned a broad range of matters, including managing complex cases involving some of the world’s largest trucking and package delivery companies, and defending large corporations in personal injury, premises liability, and general negligence cases. His experience has helped him develop a client-first approach while evaluating a wide range of claims.
Ryan earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List and graduated magna cum laude.
