Lynn Gambino


Lynn Gambino began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in the Broward County Public Defender’s Office. There she gained valuable trial and litigation skills representing her clients in the courtroom on a daily basis for 4 years. Ms. Gambino then spent 6 years as an Adjunct Law Professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Law School, where she enjoyed sharing her trial experience with all her students in the civil litigation clinic.

For the past 25 years, Ms. Gambino has practiced insurance defense law in the following areas: Premises Liability, Automobile Litigation, Trucking Litigation, Construction Litigation, Products Liability and General Liability & Casualty and Property Damages. Ms. Gambino’s previous law firm is the largest insurance defense firm in the State of Florida. Ms. Gambino has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict during her time litigating in the tri county area of South Florida. 

In 2011, Ms. Gambino earned the highest and most distinguished AV Preeminent rating from her peers and from Martindale Hubbell.  As a Florida native, Ms. Gambino has an affinity for diversity and loves meeting new people and exploring different cultures and languages. Ms. Gambino’s foreign travels include more than fifty countries on six continents.
