Jonathan Rodriguez, associate attorney, has extensive experience in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, creditor and debtor’s rights, foreclosure defense, probate law, and criminal law.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a Juris Doctorate from the College of Law at Florida International University, Miami, Florida. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and U.S. Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida International University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a Member of the Editorial Board of the Law Review from 2009 to 2011.
Prior to joining Colodny Fass, Mr. Rodriguez was an attorney with the Office of the General Counsel at Florida International University and The Law Offices of Leon A. Brunet, where he led the practice in all aspects of the firm’s probate department and successfully represented clients in property and foreclosure litigation, contractual disputes, and wrongful death.
In 2010, Mr. Rodriguez had the distinction of serving as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Stacy Glick of the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County in the criminal division.
A native of Miami, Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and Cuban American Bar Association.
He is fluent in Spanish.
