Jennifer S. Roldan, an attorney in the litigation practice group at Colodny Fass, focuses her practice on first party property insurance defense litigation. She has successfully defended insurers in first-party coverage disputes involving all types of property losses. She also has jury trial experience defending insurers in claims involving windstorm and water losses.
Ms. Roldan earned her Juris Doctor degree at Florida International University College of Law, where she was awarded a merit-based scholarship. During law school, she was Articles Editor for the FIU Law Review. She also served as a Legal Intern at the FIU College of Law’s Small Business Clinic, a Research Assistant for Professor Kerri Stone and a Teaching Assistant for Professor Marci Rosenthal. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Jackson Lewis, LLP Labor and Employment Award for excellence in her labor and employment law courses. Ms. Roldan also had the distinction of interning for the Honorable Frank A. Shepherd at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.
Ms. Roldan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University Landon Undergraduate School of Business, as a member of the Honors College.
Ms. Roldan is a first-generation American, born and raised in South Florida, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
