Ms. Rivasi is an Associate in the litigation practice group at Colodny Fass, focusing on First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation. She has successfully defended insurers in first-party coverage disputes involving windstorm and water losses.
Ms. Rivasi earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was awarded a merit-based scholarship. While in law school, Ms. Rivasi was a Student Ambassador and interned with the Honorable Lauren Louis at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, graduating cum laude.
Prior to joining Colodny Fass, Ms. Rivasi began her career with a local law firm specializing in first party property defense where she handled all aspects of litigation and honed her negotiation skills.
Ms. Rivasi is fluent in Italian.
