Carolyn Gilbert Epstein represents property and casualty insurers in first-party property litigation, SIU investigations, and complex coverage disputes, including matters involving the defense and prosecution of fraudulent insurance claims. She brings the perspective and courtroom experience of a former Miami-Dade County Assistant State Attorney to her work on behalf of insurers and businesses.
Prior to joining Colodny Fass, Carolyn handled contract disputes, securities matters, and complex commercial litigation in private practice, providing her with a broad foundation across high-stakes business and financial disputes.
Carolyn is actively involved in community service and currently volunteers with LEAP (Ladies Empowerment & Action Program) as a Mentor Coordinator, supporting women at Homestead Correctional Institution as they prepare for reentry through education and entrepreneurship. She previously served on LEAP’s Executive Board.
