Attorney Ashley N. Flynn is an Associate in the Colodny Fass Litigation Division.
She handles insurance defense matters, as well as drafts insurance coverage opinions and amicus briefs supporting property and casualty issues. She also assists with pre-suit investigations and analyses, filing declaratory judgment actions and defending first-party coverage disputes.
A member of The Florida Bar, Mrs. Flynn is a cum laude graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she accrued substantial recognition for the many leadership positions she held while in law school, including service as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society, and in various roles for the Nova Law Review.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
