Ana Moretto is an associate in the litigation practice group at Colodny Fass where she focuses on complex matters, including contract and insurance disputes, class action defense, professional liability, construction defect, employment and real property disputes. She has handled a wide variety of issues in both state and federal court, including matters involving intellectual property, trademark infringement, non-competition agreements, and preliminary and permanent injunction suits.
Ms. Moretto obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from New England Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient, and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Salem State University.
While in law school, Ms. Moretto was editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement and the author of several published articles. She was selected as a legal fellow with the Boston Redevelopment Authority / Economic Development & Industrial Corporation where she handled land-use matters. She further served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond Brassard in the Norfolk Superior Court.
Ms. Moretto is licensed to practice law in both Florida and in Massachusetts. She speaks fluent Portuguese and conversational Spanish.
