Scott R. Zucker is an Associate in Colodny Fass' Business Law and Commercial Litigation Division, where he applies his business law and insurance fraud experience in support of the firm's complex commercial cases.

After his tour of duty with the U.S. Army ended in 2006, Iraq war veteran Zucker attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, during which he interned with Colodny Fass and developed litigation experience relating to fraudulent insurance claims.

Having interned for another large firm, Zucker further grew his knowledge of complex commercial litigation through his involvement with matters such as foreclosure defense, conflicts of interest and the Communications Decency Act.

Having attained the rank of Sergeant in the Army, Zucker was trained in airborne operations, land navigation and basic infantry tactics and had been responsible for writing deployment orders, as well as country and theater clearances for soldiers deploying overseas.

Recognized as one of the top five in his Nova graduating class, Zucker is a member of the Broward Inns of Court and the American Bar Association.
